Boundary V protects first 2 + last 2 layers with q8_0-V while compressing
remaining layers with turbo2-V. Quality between turbo3 and turbo2, effective
compression between the two. Validated across 4 models on Metal.

Move all 20 NIAH result directories from repo root to proof/niah/.
Move NIAH summary docs from docs/ to proof/niah/.
No doc references needed updating (all were text mentions, not path links).
Prepares proof/ as the standard location for validation artifacts.
