3 people e680643d7c fix: address roast review findings on scaffold #1 ...

- Remove setup.py (version drift timebomb — pyproject.toml is sufficient)
- Fix CI: remove || true silent failure swallower, add pip caching
- Fix .gitignore: add .coverage, htmlcov/, .mypy_cache/, .DS_Store, *.so
- Fix CLAUDE.md: "CI before commit" → "CI before merge" (was impossible)
- Created #14 for mypy/ruff in CI (deferred to P3)
