- ftp_config: bump version to 1.5.0; change PS4/PS5 default port from 2121 to 2120; add FTP_TCP_DATA_SNDBUF (4 MB on PS5/PS4 to bypass OrbisOS auto-tuning clamp, 0 elsewhere); reduce FTP_SENDFILE_EAGAIN_SLEEP_US from 1ms to 0.5ms for LAN RTT; increase FTP_RETR_SENDFILE_CHUNK from 512 KB to 2 MB to reduce syscall boundary overhead on NVMe
- http_config: add HTTP_DOWNLOAD_PREAD_CHUNK (2 MB) for pread() path
