Increased default thread stack size on PS4/PS5:

FTP_THREAD_STACK_SIZE set to 512KB on console platforms

Remains 64KB on other platforms

Updated: ftp_config.h

Explicitly applied stack size during thread creation using pthread_attr_setstacksize():

Applied to both accept thread and session thread
