- Makefile: add ps5-hook-blob target to compile src/ps5_net_filter_hook.c with kernel-safe flags (-fno-stack-protector, -mno-red-zone, -mcmodel=large), extract .text.hook_connect/.text.hook_sendto sections via objcopy, and generate ps5_net_filter_hook_blob.h byte-array header; conditionally include src/ps5_net_filter.c in PS5 build
- ftp_config: bump RELEASE_VERSION from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0
