The debt entries only had the four index sections before; use Unknown function info for the imports that fail a title to load and for the signatures Orbital or the aerolib NID list do not give. Note that sceSystemServiceShowDisplaySafeAreaSettings takes its (void) signature from the sibling sceSystemServiceShowControllerSettings, not a reference. AI-assisted: yes

- [libSceAt9Enc](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAt9Enc/Export.cpp) (libSceAt9Enc, sysmodule id `0x000000d1`) has no encoder, so all five exports throw: `sceAt9EncClearContext`, `sceAt9EncCreateEncoder`, `sceAt9EncEncode`, `sceAt9EncFlush` and `sceAt9EncQueryMemSize`. PPSA03332 imports them and fails to load (`libSceAt9Enc.prx: cannot open shared object file`) when the library is absent. The names are from the aerolib NID list, and the name reads as the ATRAC9 encoder, unconfirmed
