juanpimg 2f0ed638dc feat(prx): declare the missing PS5 3.20 system exports
AnyPS5 resolves a title's imports by NID, so a title that imports a system
function no library provides fails to load with an unresolved import. The
PS5 3.20 export inventory lists 193 such exports across 37 PS5 system
libraries AnyPS5 implements but does not provide.

Declare them as throwing stubs so those titles load and reach their next
blocker. Each declaration calls NotImplemented_nid_no_patch and returns 0;
none of them implements the function. Declarations with a credible
prototype use it and cite the source with a pinned commit, and the rest
are declared without parameters, which resolves the import without making
an ABI claim. The technical-debt files record the limitation per library.

libSceMbus and libSceSystemService are left out because pull request #7821
declares them. libSceAgc is left out because its exports are versioned, so
the 3.20 NID names a different symbol from the one AnyPS5 ships.
libSceAvPlayer.native is left out because it compiles libSceAvPlayer's
Export.cpp.

Names and NIDs come from the PS5 3.20 export inventory at

# libSceContentSearch technical debt
### Unknown function info
- [sceContentBinderEnd, sceContentBinderGetNumOfDifference, sceContentBinderInitialize, sceContentBinderIsUpdated, sceContentBinderReset, sceContentBinderSearchDifference, sceContentBinderStart, sceContentBinderTerminate, sceContentSearchGetApplicationLastUpdateId, sceContentSearchGetMyApplicationIndex, sceContentSearchGetNumOfApplication and sceContentSearchSearchApplication](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceContentSearch/Export.cpp) (libSceContentSearch) - names and NIDs are present in the [PS5 3.20 export inventory](https://github.com/DNNDHH/PS5-3.20_Libs/blob/b2a77c09cd71c01f34c790cfbe98c751a13262ad/libSceContentSearch.c), but no credible prototypes were found in the cited sources. They are declared without parameters solely to resolve known imports and make no ABI claim.
### Functional
- [libSceContentSearch](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceContentSearch/Export.cpp) searches a content library that is empty on the host, as nothing is exported to it. The signatures follow [AlexAltea/orbital](https://github.com/AlexAltea/orbital/blob/cc408367da6a6ebbf5ac1ac559fefeadc73b2831/tools/ida/db_types.json#L555-L569) and [SharpProspero](https://github.com/SvenGDK/SharpProspero/blob/5dfdb4b0b166e83dc9ae275001afb695f12c7174/src/SharpProspero/Interop/Content/ContentSearch.cs#L255-L316), which agree; the filter and sort layouts and enums, the limit of 92 rows, `0x809D100A` for a larger limit and `0x809D1001` before `sceContentSearchInit` are SharpProspero's. `sceContentSearchGetNumOfContent`, `sceContentSearchGetTotalContentSize` and `sceContentSearchSearchContent` report 0 rows and 0 bytes without writing a content row, and the update id they and `sceContentSearchGetContentLastUpdateId` report is always 0; no reference gives the console's update id for a library that never changed. Filters and sort conditions are only checked against SharpProspero's enums, and a null output, a null array with a non-zero length, an empty column set, a null filter value or an unknown enum value throws, as the console's errors for them are unknown; a null column set with length 0 is taken as no filter. `sceContentSearchOpenMetadata` and `sceContentSearchOpenMetadataByContentId` throw, as no reference gives the error for a path or content id that is not in the library, so no metadata id is ever handed out and `sceContentSearchCloseMetadata`, `sceContentSearchGetMetadataFieldInfo` and `sceContentSearchGetMetadataValue` throw. Every title is taken to hold the content-search permission (SharpProspero's `0x809D1013` is never returned). The order of the initialization, argument and limit checks is unverified
