CloakHQ 0739ca5324 fix(humanize): keep digit mistypes on digits (#573) ...

A letter typo on a digit is rejected by <input type=number>, so the
correcting Backspace deleted the previous real digit (1999 -> 999).
Digit neighbors are now digit-only in the Python, JS (Playwright +
Puppeteer) and .NET wrappers.
