Fix the blocked 3D box and disc icons without changing the CSP. Check all ten media selectors decode/render in the production-server browser regression.

Validation: tools/verify.sh format unit build integration evidence; 185 unit and 185 integration tests pass. Build 8135742c deployed at Picker; all ten icons visually verified; config hashes unchanged. Evidence: evidence/webui-media-icons/capture.json. Replay: python3 tools/evidence.py compare evidence (110 captures pass).
