Mihawk 63e11a3db0 Polish DeSmuME stylus and fix signed Azahar mouse motion ...

Rasterize a slim outlined, antialiased pen at the DS output resolution.
Cast Azahar's unsigned screen dimensions before multiplying signed deltas;
the production-type regression fails before this change and passes after it.

Verification: tools/verify.sh format; PS5_FRONTENDS='es-de picker'

integration evidence; tools/verify.sh format evidence. 182 unit and 182
integration tests passed, 104 evidence records replayed.

Evidence: evidence/stylus-polish/{capture,expectation}.json records native
core provenance, stored console SHA-256 readback, and clean production
fresh Azahar (600 frames) and DS Close Content -> Load Content -> Azahar
runs on build 9917ddb4. Reproduce host checks with tools/verify.sh and
recorded console commands with the ignored diagnostic fixtures.

The original owner load crash is unresolved, not claimed fixed. The
active-content scripted RELOAD fault was an invalid reproduction because
it unloaded the core from inside its input callback. Diagnostic handler
changes are excluded from this commit and the deployed production build.
