Mihawk cd3593e640 Release v0.6.7-alpha.6: its note, and RPCS3 kept off the repository
releases/v0.6.7-alpha.6.md is the release note: the pre-screen first,
every improvement since v0.6.0-alpha.6, the owner's statement on
discontinuing the RPCS3 port, and the tested scope.

RPCS3 is discontinued and PS5_RPCS3 is deleted. Its build scripts and
toolchain (tools/build-rpcs3.sh, tools/build-llvm.sh, tooling/rpcs3/)
leave the repository and are ignored; they stay on the development
machine. config/LEGAL.txt, which every title carries, no longer tells
readers to build RPCS3 from the deleted repository.

Gates: tools/verify.sh PASS (format unit build integration evidence).

# Raw runs, captures and build output stay out of the repository: the distilled
# artifact under evidence/ is what gets committed. These are this project's
# generated paths; docs/REFERENCE.md names the same set.
# Fetched upstream tree, patched by tools/fetch-upstream.sh. Never committed and
# never edited: changes live in patches/. A manually extracted tarball next to
# the repository root is ignored under its own name too. The committed baseline
# in reference/ is not covered by this rule and is always tracked.
