Add a Media Inspector-based workflow for new backups, editable metadata, LaunchBox lookup and manual/automatic media. Keep users in a live job view until completion, then open freshly loaded artwork. Preserve prior metadata edits and rank literal database titles above enhanced editions and variants. Use the approved color icons, real region flags and hardware artwork for all 50 recognized systems. Restore RetroArch branding and bundle attribution. Preview native savestate screenshots and invalidate them on replacement. Validation: PS5_FRONTENDS='es-de picker' PS5_VULKAN_TEMPLATE="$PWD/build/picker-template" bash tools/verify.sh format unit build integration evidence 185 unit and 185 integration tests; all shipped targets and evidence pass. Base PS5: seven disposable-file/API checks, asset byte comparisons and configuration preservation pass; test files removed, Picker restored.
