Keep saved overrides authoritative and upgrade cached frontend patch trees. Document the effective starting profiles for all non-RPCS3 cores. Verified all five gates (87 tests), installed build 541d38f5, and ran the copied Ghost of Sparta state for 80 seconds with resolution/MSAA input overrides absent: 3 loads, 1 save, normal exit, no allocation failure. Saved output selected 2880x1632/x8. Evidence: evidence/ppsspp-msaa-default. Console profile updated after backup; original state/config preserved.
