Handle USB changes while scan work is deferred by an active game, including custom scan paths and rapid reattach. Preserve busy aliases for cleanup and reuse the scanner watcher registry for suspension and shutdown.

Report fatal signal reasons and crash addresses from klog
...
Parse signal-format crash reports through their section separators, capture the fault address, RIP and first backtrace frame, and preserve legacy exception reports. Defer the generic crash notification for incomplete fatal headers, retain PID filtering and the original one-minute monitoring deadline. Verified against the supplied PPSA23732 crash log and host regressions with ASan/UBSan.

Restore lost ShellCore hooks after resume and before registration

Validate the existing bridge and original target bytes before repairing lost hooks in a stopped ShellCore. Retain rollback ownership on partial failures, support process replacement, and disable recovery when stopping. Check once after resume and on registration without adding polling or scanner deadlines. Refs #145 , #147 ; adapts the recovery approaches from PR #148 and #126 .

Fix PPR fakelib cleanup when lookup returns no errno

Skip absent cleanup targets and the PPR lookup failure without errno silently. Preserve real lookup/unlink errors and use EIO for deletion failures without errno. Refs #146 ; adapts PR #148 .
