Donkie 4e4313204e client_v2: add weight and spool weight to the filament inspector ...

Both fields were missing from the filament inspector's specs grid, and
filamentPatchToApi dropped them, so they couldn't be edited at all.

Spool weight is optional: blank sends an explicit null to clear the tare
weight, while net weight falls back to its current value when emptied.
