Four things for publishing this. Rename the project label from steamlink-ps5 to Steam-Link-PS5 across the README, the source header banners and the patch From: lines. Deliberately NOT renamed: /data/steamlink-ps5 (and the /download0 and /app0 fallbacks) in app_storage.cpp, plus the two places that document that path. That directory holds the client identity, the saved host keys and settings.txt; changing it would silently orphan an existing install's pairing on upgrade. Add .github/workflows/build.yml. Every push and pull request builds the app the same way a developer does - install ninja/clang, restore the SHA-256-verified payload SDK from cache, make app - and uploads dist/PPSA99350.zip as an artifact. Pushing a v* tag additionally opens a *draft* release with the ZIP, LICENSE and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md attached, so cutting a release is one tag push and one Publish click instead of a manual build and upload. The workflow builds rather than lints: tools/run_clang_format.sh prefers clang-format-18 but falls back to whatever is installed, and a floating version reports violations on untouched code, so gating CI on it would be flaky. Complete THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. It inherited the boilerplate's notices and never mentioned the streaming stack at all - ihslib (LGPL-3.0), protobuf-c (BSD-2-Clause), Mbed-TLS (Apache-2.0 of its dual licence), Opus (BSD-3-Clause) and the vendored TLSF (BSD-3-Clause) now each have a row and a paragraph. Its asset section was also stale in both directions: it credited boilerplate assets this app does not ship, and omitted that sce_sys/icon0.png is Valve's Steam Link logo. Record that honestly - the icon is a trademark, outside this repository's licence, and should be replaced in a modified build - and say so in the README's licence section too. Add a fuller disclaimer to the README: unofficial, unaffiliated with and unendorsed by Valve and Sony, and specifically why no proprietary or licensed code is involved (clean-room protocol in ihslib, the community payload SDK, the clean-room libc.prx), plus the trademark attributions and a no-warranty note. Also correct the build prerequisites, which listed four packages where make doctor requires a dozen. Verified: a from-scratch build (rm -rf build/deps dist; make app) succeeds, so all 18 patches still apply after the From: line rewrite; the YAML parses and every run: block passes bash -n; assets-check and the unit tests pass.
