Bud 2d3749635b Custom Edid Support 
- Added custom edid support
- Toggle edid in xml or master in registry
- Live edid modification to easily identify emulated displays
- Checksum checks to make sure data isn't corrupt
- Converted edid to static vector instead to allow custom edid

Still not building due to Adapteroption::load in driver.cpp and adapteroption.h.

Feel not as vital as hdr, so PR non building.

Don't remember if this is for which manufacture name theses were, but if you know powershell you can easily changge the lnx000 to mttvdd or vice versa (this info is from memory, been awhile since i did the scripts)
