reveler-hub 3836e22c5a Fix pressure hourly card showing unrounded decimal values

Closes #1137. The hourly pressure detail card converted hPa to the
selected unit and called .toString() directly on the raw Double,
so non-hPa units (e.g. inHg, which multiplies by ~0.02953) rendered
long floating-point tails instead of a rounded value. Use
formatLocalizedNumber with 1 decimal place, matching the main
pressure block's existing formatting.
