nikiosnaandClaude Opus 5.5 56908af4ef Fix SMHI 404 for coordinates with more than 6 decimals

The SMHI snow1g point endpoint returns HTTP 404 when latitude or
longitude has more than 6 decimal places. GPS locations usually have
more, so the request failed and the app showed "Network not available".

Format the coordinates with 4 decimals (~10 m, plenty for the 2.5 km
grid) using Locale.ROOT so the decimal separator is always a dot.
