reveler-hub aa98be6c13 Use the day precipitation probability for Met Office's daily max

The daily max was computed over nightProbabilityOfPrecipitation twice, so
the day value from the API was never used. Adds dayProbabilityOfPrecipitation
to the daily JSON model and takes the max of day and night.
