Status rewritten from the first session on a Creator 5 Pro -- flash and
migration from stock, printing with unedited slicer gcode, toolchanges,
nozzle-offset calibration, wifi, Mainsail and the camera all checked on the
machine; the chamber heater and the non-Pro model still have not touched
hardware. Two photos of HelixScreen doing real work sit where the disclaimer
used to insist nothing had.

Trimmed while there: the release-naming note stays on the releases
themselves, anvil.conf leaves the README (ssh users find it in the docs),
and "If something goes wrong" is now three sentences and two links -- the
stock packages at ghzserg/FF are the whole answer.
