jj c6a41202ce helium/updates: decouple update url from helium services + reformat (#1827) 
there is not really any benefit to passing updates via helium services,
since they need to be signed and notarized anyways, so they are not
really substitutable

on the other hand though, this lets us take advantage of CDN caching for
serving updates which should hopefully make downloads a little faster

jj 9b257a50cc flags.gn: remove drumbrake enablement 
ungoogled-chromium introduced a flag to disable JIT, which also
enables building with drumbrake, because disabling JIT also disables
all wasm functionality.

i want to drop the patch and these flags temporarily before i have more
time to see if there are any size, security, or other drawbacks of
building with drumbrake before adding it in

jj c44f96e128 helium/kb-shortcuts: don't modify close tab/window actions (#1736) 
⌘W maps to different commands depending on whether we have tabs or not.
somehow the mac shortcut handler persists the mapping "close window"
command. let's just avoid that altogether

detect locally smooth pixel neighborhoods while building the content
hash, and apply a lighter noise pattern there to make slow gradients
look much less distorted without removing noising from them entirely

jj ac87ba6409 helium/noise/canvas: split content and coordinate noise 
derive the stable rgb component from the source pixel and its local
neighborhood, then add a separate coordinate jitter component. the
same local content now keeps a stable bias across positions, while
readback/export coordinates still affect the final value.

replace the shared float-like traits helper with explicit f32 and f16
paths, cache quantized source pixels once and reuse it for empty checks
and hash input, avoiding repeated f16 -> float conversion for neighbor
lookups.
