wukko 1c614653c8 helium/ui: add experimental native frame materials for macOS (#2056) 
adds a flagged option for using system's native materials for the
browser frame instead of an opaque color. still experimental and will
improve in the future.

wukko 7079bcbe30 helium/ui/cab: invalidate toolbar layout on window state change (#2046) 
fixes the stale alignment issue on Windows by invalidating toolbar
layout after maximize/restore so the centered address bar recomputes
against the new frame width

wukko a0a5bbaf90 helium/core: simplify context menu and prevent huge widths (#1951) 
- max selection text length was reduced to the value used in safari
(50 -> 24)
- search entry no longer has selected text in quotation marks
- back & forward page actions are hidden when not available, just like
in safari
- moved "save link as..." below "copy link address", because it's used
way less often

overall, the context menu is more demure than before

wukko 11d1698665 devutils/i18n: add an option to translate using local CLI tools (#1942) 
allows for translations using CLI tools like codex, opencode, claude,
and etc.

these CLI tools are run in a temporary directory to prevent agentic tool
usage. you must pass restrictive arguments if you use this option
yourself.

wukko eb6711f4ce helium/core/hibernate: add an option to hibernate other tabs (#1901) 
the new option appears when calling the context menu on a foreground
tab. users can select tabs to keep active, right click on the last one,
and hibernate all other tabs. also, the hibernate option is now
separated from close actions.

wukko ae94c3c884 helium/core/update-pref: improve auto updates strings (#1896) 
- the common updater text is now easier to read and understand
- windows now has auto updates, so we use the same strings as on macos
- linux will not have in-browser auto updates, so we nudge the user
towards updating helium via the package manager every week

wukko d4e588027a helium/ui: redesign infobar, optimize and rename zen (#1868) 
- top chrome reveal in zen mode now feels less chopped
- "Zen mode" is now "Frameless mode" in UI
- removed experimental label for zen mode and feature gates
- the infobar no longer looks out of place. it's thinner, looks like a
part of top chrome with rounded frame enabled, and has proper borders on
sides if rounded frame is disabled. it also behaves accordingly in zen.

wukko 70f4b07e91 helium/ui/toast: anchor to web content, update visual style (#1806) 
the toast is now anchored to currently active web contents and the
visual style was updated to follow the helium style, match the status
bubble, and be less noisy in dark mode.

this PR also fixes a plethora of overlapping issues: the toast no longer
overlaps with the toolbar in zen mode, side panels, or right-aligned
vertical tabs sidebar.

the toast now also appears on the currently active split in split view,
which typically makes way more sense contextually.

addresses the "too bright in dark mode" part of #1699

wukko d1ecca126c helium/settings/clear-data: remove google link, always expand (#1792) 
removed the google data link, because it's not applicable in helium, and
was likely added by google to cover their asses from legal issues. also
flipped the `dataTypesExpanded_` bool to true by default, which
eliminates an extra step needed to see all data types available for
clearing.

wukko d3c146cab1 helium/ui/zen: floating VTS sidebar with slide animation, refactor (#1590) 
- the sidebar now visually appears as a floating surface, with proper
padding, margins, rounded corners, and an outline
- the sidebar now slides in/out instead of scaling down in width
- separated top/side chrome pin effect logic
- redone top chrome autopin when any bubbles (and app menu, which is not
a bubble, surprisingly) are visible
- introduced a ZenModeLayoutState struct to reduce generic zen prop
duplication
- reduced trigger area thickness and improved grace period timing

- vertical tabs are managed via other means, we don't need the chromium
option here
- the exit option makes no sense and elongates the menu for 0 benefit.
linux and windows have other means to close the app (such as the close
