Fixes crashes on firmware 12.70 with kstuff-lite 1.11 caused by a bad CR0/KELF store gadget. Match the 12.60 offset so writes no longer jump to a wrong address.

Roman Tarasov 4e1927c46f Port PPR fPKG support through 11.40 
Move the kernel PPR offsets into the shared offset pool, add per-firmware ShellCore hook tables and ABI profiles, and port the corrected 12.xx CR0 offsets.
