Workspace-only artifacts (INTERESTING_REPOS.md, A1_DIAGNOSTIC_CRIB.md, REMOTE_CAMERA_INVESTIGATION_HANDOFF.md) do not exist in this repo; tags become 'community-survey cross-check #N' and dead links are dropped while keeping every sourced fact.

Squash of PR #100 onto master after #97 . Conflicts in agent.cpp,
abi_camera.cpp, signing.cpp and research/10.03 resolved in favour of the
get_camera_url).
