phantomptrandClaude Opus 5.5 a54b04fbc4 Big Sur: old-WebKit fallbacks so the app scrolls again
macOS Big Sur's WKWebView (Safari 14) lacks dvh units and the
padding/margin-inline/block and inset shorthands. The minifier dropped
the hand-written height:100% fallback, so the app shell had no height
and nothing scrolled. Write an older equivalent before each such
declaration in the built CSS.

phantomptrandClaude Opus 5.5 11827039d3 Android: rounded split buttons, Home tiles that fit a phone, a Payloads search box
- The build rewrote start/end corners and positions with :lang(ar,fa,…) language
lists, which Chromium before 141 (Android's WebView) drops: split buttons were
square and start/end-placed controls sat wrong. Each list is now split into
one language per check (postcss/langLists.mjs, run on the built CSS).
- Home's action tiles stack the icon above the label on a phone; the labels broke
  mid-word.
- Payloads' search box takes its own row on a phone instead of shrinking to nothing.
- After Resend helper, pairing keeps checking for a minute, not 16 s.
- Reverts the Android blur change: the doubled title was the emulator's software
rendering, gone with its GPU on.

phantomptrandClaude Opus 5.5 d509f83de2 CSS build: keep Tailwind's nested @supports through the layer flattening
Tailwind nests the colour-mix() of every colour-with-opacity utility
(bg-[var(--color-good)]/5 and the like) in an @supports block inside the
rule, and postcss-cascade-layers drops at-rules nested that way. Only the
full-strength fallback was left. While the colour tokens sat in @theme
Tailwind had resolved those at build time (to the dark theme's colours);
on plain custom properties they painted solid. A small PostCSS step now
hoists such at-rules out beside their rule first.
