Reuse the validated string inventory's numeric address order for O(log n + matches) exact reads, preserving every encoding at the selected address without a second lookup index. Keep streaming validation, session cache lifetime, full listings, provenance and caller choices.
Validation: complete latest-head CI passed. Original real Kuna 1.833 Linux correctness and warm-lookup measurements remain pinned to their recorded feature revisions in the PR. The latest local 300 ms export-deadline observation and unchanged 31-test provider recheck are explicitly documented there; no assertion or timeout was weakened.

Align malformed call-graph retry assertions with caller-attributed errors while retaining the parser operation in diagnostics and the cause. Keep all malformed shapes, corrected-response retry, exact native-command count and owned-client cleanup coverage.
Validation: clean main reproduces 3 failed / 14 passed; corrected complete Kuna boundary selection passes 266 tests across 26 files; full check:ci and complete current-head CI passed. Greptile 5/5; human owner reviewed the diff/evidence and explicitly declared readiness. Codex review remains unavailable due repository usage limits. Test-only; no production/schema/authority change or real-engine qualification.

and retain publisher cleanup through cancellation and shutdown. Exercise cold
offline verification without reusing process-local proof state. Serialize
approved cache publication across processes, restore old evidence on failure,

Validation: 438 focused tests (six platform-related skips), full static/documentation checks, real Ubuntu
24.04 official Hopper 6.6.0 setup/CLI/MCP, offline ordinary-user admission,
launcher mutation rejection, and cold/warm verification measurements. Official
RPM metadata mismatch is tracked separately in #3578 and fails closed.
BREAKING CHANGE: Older Linux Hopper builds admitted by the fixed allowlist

Preserve reported Program PDB identity, explicit omissions and nullable load state, retaining declared CodeView facts when equivalence is unknown. Bound JSON locator expansion and advance PE/workflow replay revisions without discarding historical Evidence.

Validation: 309 focused tests across 15 files pass (2 Windows-only skips), runtime build and check:fast/pre-push pass. Real Windows Ghidra 12.1.4 PUBLIC/JDK 21.0.12.1 uses the public where.exe/PDB pair; 17 relevant production files match verified ca24903f. MCP cold/warm normalized results match and the backward graph has 3 successful nodes. Inputs are unchanged and no owned Java/Node processes remain. CLI inspection keeps its earlier exact-source scope. NB10 omission uses regression fixtures, without a real NB10 provider claim.
Tests keep 2-core affinity and 512 MiB Node/Java heaps. Retain the 600s analysis and 30s initialization timeout observations alongside the successful test-only extended-budget run; no product-default or cross-revision speedup claim.

Preserve reproducible complete versus summary/page PCAP measurements on two official HTTP recordings and a fixed metadata/URI question. Summary/page uses more than twice the SDK JSON and about 51% more total model input in both real-model pairs, so existing complete defaults and production APIs/cache remain unchanged. These results apply to these captures and question; no general speedup is claimed. Refs #2016.
Authenticate experiment SDK envelopes with the pinned runtime's existing Evidence parser and check coverage, target/view/operation ownership and retained-parent identity. Separate factual and exact-workflow grading, retaining diagnostics and partial facts for malformed replies. Register six comparator CLI scenarios in the discovered Vitest evaluation project and remove the manual suite. The final change is limited to nine experiment files and one discovered evaluation test; production behavior is unchanged.
Validation includes eight actual SDK workflows and four actual Codex CLI tasks, independent raw-frame and CLI/MCP checks, authentication of all 18 original receipts, 34 context/grading regressions and six comparator scenarios. All four stored model answers pass factual and workflow regrading without model reruns. Original measured runtime remains 3ae826ceba6f25b08bce50bcb51001209bc16b57; original measurements and private raw artifacts are unchanged. Serial local checks use one CPU with 3-GiB early-stop/4-GiB hard/no-swap limits. Unknown terminal counters remain explicitly unknown.
Integrate upstream shared fixture owners and Windows verification, removing both superseded local differences. All final experiment/comparator files remain byte-identical to the reviewed sources and the final PR scope is 10 files. Full bounded preflight passes in 73.953 seconds with ~2.23 GiB peak; payload cleanup is verified, zero phase OOM/limit events are observed, and terminal counters remain unknown. Current-head automatic CI 38492231165 passes all 35 selected jobs, including every compiled shard, source/static/build/docs, actual Windows/native/package and real application lanes, Portable reports/inventory, reverse-tools coverage/mutation and CI required. Greptile passes and all review threads are resolved. Actual CI checkout is 4eb2262359cb01f2fb1314db0bc18d3dc9092792, integrated with main 41a2e84647. Passing retries do not establish the root cause or a fix of the earlier main worker cleanup failure; its original evidence is preserved. No release.

* fix(ghidra): preserve observed function facet and call coverage
Declare successful query availability in the Java producer, including explicit unavailable pseudocode reasons. Carry observed static call-set coverage through the parsed provider result and Evidence without inventing facts for legacy omissions. Use Ghidra indexed comment addresses over the function body and entry, retaining cancellation checks and sparse collection.
Closes#2951

* fix(ghidra): retain unresolved call coverage in observations
Share decoded unresolved-call facts between dossiers, callee coverage and reference observations. Combine terminal and unresolved observations in one instruction traversal and retain site records only when requested. Keep missing procedure identities incomplete and validate unresolved locations at the provider boundary.
Bind snapshots to the corrected call coverage profile so older complete claims cannot replay under the new semantics. Add real public MCP callback trace/comparison regressions.

* fix(ghidra): separate reference targets from callee coverage
Reuse containing-function ownership for resolved reference identities and independently compare those identities with the actual returned callee set. Keep known interior routes out of unresolved site records while retaining partial inventory coverage.
Advance the coverage profile to v3 and reject interim v2 cache bindings. Add a real Ghidra producer regression with restored reference metadata; the previous bridge fails the known-route assertion.

* fix(ghidra): measure incoming call coverage across function bodies
Compare incoming reference source identities across the owned function body and entry with the actual returned caller set. Stream caller-only checks and reuse dossier reference observations. Combine caller/callee coverage from observed counts without reinterpreting serialized metadata, and share the body scope owner with comments and references.
Bind snapshots to function-body coverage semantics v4 and preserve the real off-entry caller regression.

* fix(ghidra): preserve whole-scope directional call coverage
Check body-and-entry call references independently of decoded instruction flow. Reuse collected dossier references and stream inventory-only coverage checks. Keep caller-only gaps distinct from incomplete outgoing coverage in offline path reconstruction, and invalidate prior snapshot profiles.

* fix(mcp): retain compact Evidence field types

* fix(process): report no remaining time after a provider deadline fires
Node timers can fire while performance.now() is still a fraction of a
millisecond short of the monotonic deadline. ProviderStartupDeadline then
reported interruption "timeout" and an aborted signal while remainingMs()
returned ceil(0.x) = 1, so polling loops guarded by remainingMs() > 0
(Hopper and Ghidra startup) could run past an elapsed deadline, and the
real-timer test "aborts a bounded wait when its real monotonic deadline
expires" failed intermittently in CI (expected 1 to be 0).
Once the deadline's own timer has classified a timeout, report zero
remaining time. A deterministic regression test fires the timer with the
monotonic clock 0.4 ms short of the deadline.

* fix(process): retain the monotonic startup deadline budget
Recheck the absolute monotonic deadline when an early timer fires, and keep
polling waits pending until their own target or the shared deadline arrives.
Preserve caller cancellation, disposal and the unchanged real-timer assertion.
This replaces the earlier remainingMs workaround: an early callback must not
classify an unexpired deadline as a timeout.

Select the Windows curated lane for edits to the shared runtime path matcher and its workflow suite. Strengthen the existing POSIX/Windows mapping controls with matching basis, coherent target/script coordinates, caller spelling and static load-state assertions.
Follow-up to #2422; thanks to @Aurantium-47 for identifying the recorded-path grammar issue.
Verified with actual Windows 11 x64, official Node 24.18.0 and production CLI/MCP workflows using published npm 11.16.0 module Evidence. Four exact/mismatched implicit/explicit mapping cases pass with unchanged normalized hashes. The capture provider was Node Inspector; no IDA, Ghidra or Electron GUI verification is claimed.
230 focused tests, all eight CI static tasks, architecture guards and documentation checks pass after rebasing onto main fb28ec153. The unrelated release-checkpoint and dyld fixture corrections were integrated from upstream; no patches to those files are included here. Final Windows MCP replay at e6e86946d preserves all four normalized hashes, with no owned Node processes remaining. Resource probes ran serially at BelowNormal priority with one CPU and 512 MiB Node heaps; calls took 251–620 ms and the sampled process-family working-set sum peaked at 499,380,224 bytes. Source pins, provenance and measurement limits are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/windows-posix-reconciliation.md.
All 34 jobs in current-head CI run 38391921571 passed, including the Windows capability/package lane, all six portable test shards, JavaScript recovery and the required aggregate. Current-head Codex and Greptile reviews are clean; both prior scope-selection findings were fixed and resolved.
Explain each case through the obstacle, useful hypothesis and verified result. Remove byte totals, relocation counts and trial counts from the main narrative; preserve commit references and the constant-value example that explains the oracle defect. Make the experiment table and compiler terminology easier to follow.
Validation: website.py check, formatting, preserved source links, and eight article layout checks across both preview paths and light/dark themes.
Normalize the three quoted phrases to straight English quotation marks. Website checks and formatting pass; the local preview serves the revised punctuation.
Connect the reconstruction cases to the questions about specialization, retrieval and feedback-driven search. Replace fragmented sentence sequences with explicit causal links and smooth the progression into oracle design and the proposed comparison.
Validation: website.py check, formatting, preserved source links and evidence figures, and eight desktop/mobile light/dark layout checks at both preview paths.
Indent the optional language selector with its value so a nonindexable draft does not generate a line containing only spaces. Indexed-page markup is unchanged.
Validation: website.py check passes all 12 maintenance regressions; synchronization changes only the draft header blank line.
Add an English review draft connecting Touhou reconstruction evidence with model specialization, repository knowledge and feedback-driven learning. Preserve model attribution and historical verification scope in supporting notes, and translate the new Blog listing for all existing editions.
Validation: website.py check, focused formatting checks, and 32 Chromium cases covering both preview paths, light/dark themes, responsive layouts, translated indexes and no-JavaScript reading.
Ignore generator-owned website translation staging output while preserving authored lint errors and complete diagnostics.
Verified with a real checker regression, a production translation build, complete coverage, developer/CI regression checks and native lanes.

Follow-up to #2345; thanks to @gefrezim for the import-time home lookup diagnosis.
Normalize only an empty Windows USERPROFILE before runtime dependency imports, preserving all nonempty caller selections. Reuse the existing public setup dry-run regression in the Windows curated CI lane. No additional filesystem query, engine call, cache or retry.
Verified real Windows Node 24.18.0 CLI unset/empty/selected-profile controls, setup dry-run home selection and unchanged configuration, and baseline/candidate SDK stdio MCP catalogue parity. Nine related tests and static/docs checks passed. No IDA or Ghidra engine was used. Scoped resource observations and measurement limits are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/windows-empty-profile.md.
Fixed the review finding and original CI package-scope ownership failure. Current-head CI is green; the unrelated MCP identity timeout passed on a failed-job rerun without changing its code or timeout. Current-head review completed with no further findings.
Reuse the domain ZIP format list for session schemas, verify full Harmony

Fixes#2257. Thanks to @chqcjq for the native self-test retry diagnosis in #2266.
Preserve retry disposition through analysis workflows. Native warm admission requires exact sharing/lock codes and affirmative pre-allocation evidence; cleanup ownership takes precedence. No automatic retry or new analysis cache.
Verified with real Windows 11 CLI, same-connection SDK MCP normal/conflict/recovery, the Windows native verifier, 99 focused tests and static/docs gates. Official npm 11.16.0 launcher sources were the application input. No IDA or Ghidra engine was used for this change. Win32 5 was not reproduced; no resolution claim for #1701/#2196. Performance measurements and limits are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/windows-runtime-retry.md.
