- Safely normalize verificationUriComplete: only prepend https:// when
  the field does not already include a protocol, preventing a broken
  https://https://... URL if TIDAL includes the scheme in the response.
  Falls back to verificationUri, and throws clearly if neither is present.
- Remove the HTTP status === 400 guard on authorization_pending detection
  to match the tiddl Python reference implementation, which only checks
  the error field regardless of the HTTP status code used by TIDAL.
