On macOS, Cmd+Left/Right were bound to Word Left/Right (same as Option+arrows).
Bind them to Line Start/End there, as in Word for Mac and every Mac text field;
Option+arrows still move by word. Windows/Linux keys are unchanged.

Paragraph::normalize now uses saturating sums, moves a run end that splits
a character to the next boundary, and makes the runs cover the text
exactly. Opening a .json document normalizes every paragraph in every story.

* #916: Cross-reference opens a dialog
The ribbon's Cross-reference button ran insert.crossReference with no
target, which only returns the target list, so nothing happened. It now
opens a Cross-reference dialog: reference type (heading, bookmark,
equation, figure, table), what to insert (text, number, page,
above/below) and the item, ending in insert.crossReference. Scripts and
agents still get the target list.

apply_style's guard ended with `&& id == "Normal"`, making the
`id.starts_with("Heading") || id == "Title"` terms dead: only Normal
cleared a numbered paragraph's direct numbering, so applying Heading 1/2/3
or Title to a list item left the number behind — contradicting the
comment right above it. Drop the redundant term and cover it with a
regression test.
Also clears the clippy overly_complex_bool_expr error this expression
raised, which was failing `cargo xtask ci`.
