All-in-one AppInst in bfpilot.elf broke loaders. Revert to proven model:
file manager only in main, Media tile via bfpilot-launcher-installer.elf.
Keep action-bar wrap, single /data/BFpilot, and issue #7-#12 fixes.
- Embed AppInst Media tile install in bfpilot.elf (pldmgr-style, category 65536)
- Action bar flex-wrap without horizontal scrollbar
- Canonical /data/BFpilot only via paths.h; recovery installer is a file under it
- Host tests for UX/tile/data-dir + issue #7-#12 surface; inspect-imports updated
Closes gaps for issues #7-#12 and #10: Media-friendly chmod presets
including 444, CI path resolve on list, single-click open folders,
verify multi-select and extract/version surfaces.
Full feature pass against source/UI/API for v0.4.0. README now matches
actual behavior (single-thread Index crawl, upload pickers not drag-drop,
ZIP multipart not advertised, text edit 5 MiB/ext list, extract roots).
Remove obsolete research/firmware lab notes, one-shot SDK patcher, and
personal inject script with hardcoded IP. Replace archive report with a
short accurate ARCHIVE_EXTRACTION.md; clean CHANGELOG encoding/noise.
Ship keep-alive HTTP, 2 MiB single-buffer upload STOR, larger download
buffers, and live-validated Index All / FS transfer fixes. Add upload
performance docs and full feature test harness.
Match zftpd/ftpsrv single-buffer web upload (no large fallocate stall,
no TCP_NODELAY thrash, listen SO_RCVBUF 4 MiB). Harden Index All multi-root
with XDEV + visited set. Fix copy overwrite and free-space preflight.
Add ENABLE_ARCHIVE=0 slim build and goal_verify_io structural checks.
