Roman Tarasov fc916ad5fd Restore lost ShellCore hooks after resume and before registration
Validate the existing bridge and original target bytes before repairing lost hooks in a stopped ShellCore. Retain rollback ownership on partial failures, support process replacement, and disable recovery when stopping. Check once after resume and on registration without adding polling or scanner deadlines. Refs #145, #147; adapts the recovery approaches from PR #148 and #126.
