Look up the air-quality source's own API key, not the weather source's
...
locationRequiresApiKey and the key lookup both used location.source (the
weather source) instead of location.airQualitySource. Every air-quality
source today happens to share a source with its weather counterpart, so
this never surfaced, but it breaks - and currently crashes via !! in
OpenWeatherRepository - whenever they differ and the air-quality source
needs a key the weather source doesn't.

Use the day precipitation probability for Met Office's daily max
...
The daily max was computed over nightProbabilityOfPrecipitation twice, so
the day value from the API was never used. Adds dayProbabilityOfPrecipitation
to the daily JSON model and takes the max of day and night.

Split Met Office's signup link from its general displayLink
...
displayLink is also used for general 'about this source' info in
WeatherSourcesScreen and the current-source info sheet, so
overwriting it with the DataHub pricing page broke those. Adds a
separate signupLink field used only on the API Keys screen instead,
falling back to displayLink when unset.

Point Met Office's API key link to the right DataHub product
...
Closes #1155 . The link shown above the API key field pointed to
Met Office's general public consumer site, not anywhere related to
getting an API key - a user trying to sign up from that link would
land on the wrong site entirely. Points to DataHub's Site Specific
product page instead, which is the actual product this app's
requests need (confirmed directly with the reporter - their key
started working once subscribed to "Site Specific").
