reveler-hub af80866766 Remove alert-source auto-pairing from Edit Location, per review

Weather source and alert source are meant to be independent choices in
Edit Location - the alert picker already only lists sources with
Capability.ALERTS, so it's up to the user to decide, e.g. AccuWeather
for weather + JMA for alerts. Auto-changing alertSource whenever the
weather source changed would silently override a deliberate pairing
the user may have set earlier (JMA+JMA -> switch weather to AccuWeather
-> forced to AccuWeather+AccuWeather instead of preserving JMA alerts).

The auto-pairing for a brand-new location (SearchScreenViewModel) is
unaffected - there the user has no prior alert-source choice to
override, so defaulting a self-paired source's alerts to match still
makes sense.

Verified live: switching an existing location's weather source
(JMA -> AccuWeather) now leaves the alert source on JMA instead of
forcing it to follow.
